Columns marked "Daily" or "Weekly" include unlimited free mileage. Weekly rental is charged on a seven-day basis. A booking of 5 or 6 days duration is cheaper charged as 1 week. The "weekend deal" is 2 days hire with vehicle insurance & VAT, normally available from Fri 4pm to Mon 8am. Monthly rates are available on request.

Delivery to all addresses is charged at £1.00+VAT/mile each way (ie for delivery and collection), the distance being calculated by route-planning software.

Our fuel policy is Full-to-Full. Vehicles are topped up at a local fuel station before and after every hire and, where necessary, the exact quantity of litres recharged at £1.22+VAT per litre (effective from 01/03/2008 and subject to change without notice).

If the Hirer requires insurance cover to be provided through Acrobat, each driver must show his or her driving licence and complete an Insurance Proposal. If the Hirer wishes to arrange own insurance, proof of fully-comprehensive cover is required.
